After an initial career in photographic post-production, years at a desk eventually gave me chronic neck pain, chronic stress and made me yearn for more movement. I discovered yoga, trained as a circus aerialist, then quit my desk job to perform. While strength training to high levels I became obsessed with anatomy and best practice to avoid injury. After training in remedial massage therapy I realised I had found my calling in helping others avoid injury, treat acute and chronic pain and the effects of stress on the body and mind. Now pain-free, an avid yogi and still in love with strength training, I believe all pain can be relieved if not eradicated if you can find the cause, which is why I work holistically to do just that.

I have studied in London, Oxford, Los Angeles and Bali graduating with a distinction in Level 5 Sports Massage Therapy, one of the highest qualifications available in Remedial massage. I hold additional diplomas in Holistic Massage, Myofascial Release, Pilates and I am a certified Trigger Point Therapist and Reiki Master. As a registered therapist, I am required to complete at least 30 hours of continuous professional development training each year and conduct my own research. Last year I completed over 100 hours because I absolutely love what I do.

I combine a wide range of techniques depending on your needs. Whether you work sitting at a desk, carry children, stand up all day, lift, or are in training for a marathon, our busy lifestyles can lead to overload and result in pain and injury. It's my passion to help you restore balance and to teach you how to prevent recurrences by providing exercises, self-care and lifestyle advice.
